岗位职责：

1. 设计和开发内部研发运维平台；

2. 跨部门推动上下游系统的集成和统一；

3. 通过平台化逐步优化内部流程，降本增效，尤其是DevSecOps相关流程；

4. 协助并推动更多业务的云原生化。

岗位要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，计算机相关专业；

2. 熟悉Golang，Java，Typescript，Lua两种或以上；

3. 熟悉自动化GitOps工作流，对CI/CD有深入理解；

4. 具备中英文双语沟通能力和架构设计能力；

5. 加分项：熟悉多种中间件的原理，有管理大规模多云提供商的云服务和Kubernestes集群经验。
