Senior Engineering Manager
Build strategy and architect the web development roadmap for Zoom’s marketing site. Lead in project planning so that development timelines and dependencies are represented. Work with software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended. Partner with engineering and web marketing teams to strategize, design and develop infrastructure in the current environment. Partner with central Infrastructure Engineering team to maintain and adjust to company-wide standard.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, a related field, or a foreign equivalent. Must have 7 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 7 years of experience in enterprise-grade Content Management Systems and supporting technologies (i.e. CDNs); agile software development methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, including working with remote and hybrid team; DevOps philosophy and practices, including continuous development, observability, security, and performance; web application security principles and best practices; Git, and an understanding of code repository best practices; leading the design, development and deployment of software at scale; handson technology infrastructure, development, compute, storage; designing and developing CICD pipelines following best practices; and Java, J2EE, Apache OSGi, JCR, Sling, SQL, XML, HTML, RestAPIs, AWS or Azure Cloud platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Personalization and Analytics. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
