Job Description:

Monitor and resolve issues in all environments; engage in capacity planning and demand forecasting, anticipating performance bottlenecks and scaling the environment as needed; perform change management; design and implement zero-downtime to accomplish highly available service; design and implement disaster recovery (DR) between different region Datacenters; troubleshoot production issues, including performance and function issues.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Requires Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 5 years of experience in Kubernetes operation; AWS operation; Terraform, Ansible, Git; Docker or other containerization; Shell and Python scripting; Database, cache and elastic search; Large scale production; and Jenkins, ArgoCD orchestration tools. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
