Zoom is looking for a Senior IT Delivery Manager that will support business solutions in our CPQ, Order to Cash and other supporting systems. This position will be dynamic and challenging and we are looking for the right individual that can help Zoom’s larger commitment to provide support to both our internal and external partners.

As an IT delivery manager, you will manage number of architects and engineers in multi-facet domain to lead engineering for CPQ (Configure, Pricing and Quoting), OTC (Order to Cash), Subscription Billing, Payments, and Invoice processing domains on the AWS platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead a team of architects, and engineers in managing and coming up with complex solutions for applications using full stack development, Rest APIs and Zuora technologies.

  • Be a mentor to the employees in your team

  • Work with the team to design solutions that leverage best practices and introduce new technologies

  • Partner with the On-shore (US) technical and functional teams and leadership on effective prioritization and meet delivery commitment.

  • Establish strong partnership with Business stakeholders, BSA to define detailed technical tasks and deliverables and communicate status, risks and issues to both technology and business leadership

  • Engage in with architects and technical leads for design reviews and provide technical guidance

  • Work with release manager to plan releases and release schedules

  • requirements; work efficiently in a cross-functional team across multiple projects

  • Understand and be able to identify bottlenecks across the system and evaluate performance of various components

  • Analyze, evaluate and propose technologies to efficiently address product requirements in the software design

  • Execute full lifecycle software development using full stack development and/or configurations, config rules, Zuora APIs, Mulesoft APIs, and cross-functional module of Zuora.

  • Advanced knowledge and practical experience with application design principles, patterns, and practice in order to provide immediate short- and long-term solutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Engineering / CS / MIS degree (Bachelor’s; graduate degree a plus) and 10+ relevant industry experience

  • Have at least 8+ years of experience as a manager leading a SaaS business applications including robust technical experience in CPQ, Order to Cash, Subscription Billing.

  • Deep technical experience in full stack development and Rest APIs

  • Experience with dev/data ops, CI/CD to enable the team to move at scale.

  • Proven track-record of solving complex data processing and storage challenges through scalable, fault-tolerant architecture

  • Significant prior experience in designing and building highly scalable and reliable solutions.

  • Software development experience with proficiency in building micro services

  • .Experience with Mulesoft & Zuora platform - nice to have .

  • Prior experience in coming up with extended scalable solutions in the cloud (AWS) and data technologies such as SQL/NoSQL DBs

  • Managed team members, org development and accountable for career development of team members.
