About the Role

The Manager – Branding will work closely with the Founder’s Office to shape, build, and amplify Vymo’s brand narrative across customers, industry, and talent markets.

This role goes beyond traditional brand management. It requires someone who can connect brand storytelling with business outcomes — strengthening Vymo’s positioning in the market, supporting revenue growth, and building a distinctive voice in the Financial Services technology ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities


1. Brand Strategy & Narrative

  • Shape and continuously refine Vymo’s brand narrative and positioning in the global financial services technology market.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across customer communication, sales assets, thought leadership, and digital channels.

  • Translate company strategy into clear brand storytelling.


2. Founder & Leadership Brand

  • Work closely with founders to build their industry voice and thought leadership presence.

  • Craft narratives for speaking engagements, industry events, media, and social platforms.

  • Position leadership as category experts in Sales Productivity and Financial Services AI.


3. Brand-Led Business Impact

  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure brand initiatives contribute to pipeline generation and deal credibility.

  • Build high-impact brand assets that support enterprise sales conversations.

  • Ensure brand presence at industry events, reports, and partnerships enhances market trust and influence.


4. Strategic Content & Storytelling

  • Lead development of high-quality brand content including thought leadership pieces, reports, founder narratives, and strategic announcements.

  • Create compelling storytelling around customer impact, innovation, and industry insights.

  • Ensure Vymo maintains a distinct voice across platforms.


5. Industry & Market Presence

  • Drive Vymo’s presence in industry forums, awards, reports, and ecosystem conversations.

  • Build relationships with analysts, media, and industry bodies where relevant.

  • Ensure the brand is positioned as a credible category leader globally.


6. Brand Consistency & Governance

  • Maintain strong brand consistency across marketing, product communication, sales collateral, and digital channels.

  • Partner with design and marketing teams to ensure brand standards are consistently applied.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience

  • 6–10 years of experience in Branding, Strategic Communications, or Marketing.

  • Experience working in B2B technology, SaaS, or consulting environments is strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience working closely with leadership teams or founder-led initiatives will be a significant advantage.

  • Exceptional storytelling and narrative-building ability, with the capability to translate business strategy into compelling brand communication.

  • Strong business understanding and commercial orientation, with the ability to connect brand initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and influence key stakeholders across functions.
