About the Role
Inside sales would be responsible to open doors for sales reps to enter and sell. In this endeavor, reps are expected to conduct market research, gather account level intelligence, source their own leads, set up appointments, find opportunities, build pipeline, hard qualify and pass onto sales.
Additionally, account nurture for strategic accounts, independently running conversations and demo showcasing abilities would be critical to the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research: account, territory and industry vertical based - Insights driven research at account/contact level
Prospecting: Probe, Reach-out, Run discovery calls, stakeholder mapping
Scoping: Understand requirements, position Vymo and generate interest
Named account Navigation: Ability to navigate within identified accounts, use references to go deep and wide.
Account Presence: Establish trust with key contacts, establish high level of activity
Sourcing and scheduling meetings: Outbound centric appointment setting
Opportunity sourcing: identifying relevant opportunities based on Vymo fitment
Opportunity qualification: Criteria based - TEMP and BANT
Pipeline building: Ensuring a good funnel for steady opportunity flow
Sales Support: Targeted outreach to accelerate opportunity for sales reps - set up CXO and senior stakeholder meetings when required

Requisites:
Prior experience working in BFSI sales or B2B, SAAS based start-ups
Outbound ability to independently source, qualify leads before transition to sales
Having prospected/sold into large enterprises specifically within IT
Experience in dealing with High ticket, low volume, long sales cycle sales environment Inherent Inside sales skills – not too new with zero experience
Ability to connect the dots, client personas and research into a compelling pitch
Prior objection handling experience & critical thinking
Outstanding relationship building skills with high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Past Success: Demonstrated track record of consistently beating numbers on QoQ basis
