The evolution of Vymo as a product can be broadly divided into three phases.
1.Lead and Activity Management: We provided a mobile-first lead and activity management tool that enabled large enterprises with distributed field sales teams to digitize their sales processes and get real time visibility into their team’s productivity.
2.Sales Engagement Platform: We built capabilities like nudges, goals, playbooks, performance dashboards etc that enabled large financial institutions to improve their business outcomes(faster time to convert, higher sales, increased productivity etc).
3.Distribution Management Platform: We are currently in this phase. With a significant
increase in the number of apps an average seller uses to perform their day-to-day business
activities, financial institutions are looking to consolidate their tech stack. In addition, we realize that we have an opportunity to become an insurance “core system” by owning the end-to-end advisor life cycle - recruitment, onboarding, training, selling, engagement and performance Management.
About the Role
We are building a lean, high-impact GTM engine and this role is its foundation. This is a hands-on GTM expert role for someone who enjoys building from scratch, operating close to the product and the field, and turning complex AI capabilities into clear stories, decks, and outcomes that sales teams can actually use.
You will be working closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Design to shape how our AI-native platform goes to market and how customers realize value from it.
Key Responsibilities Turn Product & AI into Clear Market Stories
Deeply understand our AI-native product, use cases, and customer problems.

Translate complex capabilities into crisp:
Sales decks and pitch narratives
One-pagers, solution briefs, and use-case stories
Persona-specific messaging for CXOs, business, and ops leaders
Partner with the design team to turn content into high-quality sales assets.
Be the Backbone of Sales Enablement
Build sales-ready GTM assets that help teams sell with confidence.
Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales to iterate messaging based on real deal feedback.
Continuously improve pitch flows, objection handling, and storytelling.
Own Outcome-Led GTM Thinking
Anchor GTM around adoption, engagement, and measurable business impact.
Create ROI and value-realization templates to support consultative selling.
Ensure GTM messaging reflects downstream metrics, not just features.
Drive Adoption-Focused GTM
Extend GTM beyond deal closure i.e. support onboarding, usage, and expansion narratives.
Partner with Customer Success to align messaging with how customers actually realize value
Be the GTM Glue Across Teams
Work closely with Product, AI/Data Science, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Design.
Consult internal and external subject-matter experts to sharpen GTM narratives.
Act as the bridge between product innovation and market execution.
Requirements
6–10 years of experience in GTM, Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, or Strategy
Experience with AI, data-heavy, or complex SaaS platforms is a strong plus.
You enjoy being a builder i.e. owning things end-to-end rather than managing teams.
Strong at converting complexity into clarity and stories that sell.
Comfortable working independently and figuring things out as you go.
Naturally curious, fast learner, and excited by how quickly AI and SaaS are evolving.
