Product:

The evolution of Vymo as a product can be broadly divided into three phases

  1. Lead and Activity Management: We provided a mobile-first lead and activity management

tool that enabled large enterprises with distributed field sales teams to digitize their sales

processes and get real time visibility into their team’s productivity.

  1. Sales Engagement Platform: We built capabilities like nudges, goals, playbooks,

performance dashboards etc that enabled large financial institutions to improve their business

outcomes(faster time to convert, higher sales, increased productivity etc).

  1. Distribution Management Platform: We are currently in this phase. With a significant

increase in the number of apps an average seller uses to perform their day-to-day business

activities,financial institutions are looking to consolidate their tech stack. In addition, we realize

that we have an opportunity to become an insurance “core system” by owning the end-to-end

advisor life cycle - recruitment, onboarding, training, selling, engagement and performance

management.

Duration: Minimum 6 months; subject to conversion based on performance

Location : Bangalore ( Koramangala) (Work from Office )

About the role
The HR Business Partner Intern will support the HRBP team in partnering with the Technology, Product, and Customer Support functions. This role provides structured exposure to business partnering, employee engagement, performance management, and core people practices within a product-based organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support HRBPs in day-to-day business partnering activities across assigned functions.
  • Assist in the coordination and administration of performance management processes.
  • Contribute to the execution of employee engagement initiatives and monitor follow-through on action plans.
  • Support the resolution of employee queries in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to established HR policies and procedures.
Eligibility & Qualifications:
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources (Final Year student or recent graduate).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Prior internship experience in a comparable HR role will be considered an advantage.
