About Unify

Unify was founded January 17th, 2023 by Austin Hughes and Connor Heggie. Prior to Unify, Austin led Ramp’s growth product team focused on new customer acquisition, and Connor was a machine learning research engineer at Scale AI. The rest of our team comes from companies like Airbnb, Spotify, Bridgewater and LinkedIn.

Our mission is to build the first system-of-action for go-to-market teams, starting with an end to end platform powering warm outbound. About the Role

At Unify, we believe distribution should be engineered. We’re looking for someone to define how Unify meets users where they are, online, in person, and in the field, and to build a system that turns those interactions into lasting momentum. As an early member of our growth team, you will build the engine for how Unify shows up online and in the field. You will build our online community, develop our in-person strategy, and run webinars and education, then turn those efforts into a flywheel that compounds. You will work closely with engineering, product, GTM, and operations to solve one of the hardest parts of scaling Unify. We are deeply experimental, data driven, and execution focused. You will help power our next 100x as we become the system of action for growth teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Build the community motion - Stand up an online community, define engagement norms, seed champions, and enable community-led chapters to flourish.

  • Lead virtual events and media - Develop and execute Unify’s cadence of webinars, trainings, and relationships with external publications to engage and educate our users.

  • Develop our in-person strategy - Plan, host, and attend in person events that drive real outcomes for Unify and our users.

  • Bridge the product and the field - Tie launches and product updates into the experiences that we run and bring back field insight to shape our roadmap and narrative.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years at a high-intensity, high-growth company, with a track record of building communities

  • Operational excellence- you are extremely organized and can juggle dozens of things at once without letting anything drop.

  • Obsessed with people - you enjoy forging connections, bringing people together, and building communities around shared passions

  • Fearless experimentation - you will run ninety‑nine failed experiments if it means the hundredth becomes the inflection point. You always are thinking out of the box and are unafraid to fail.

  • Relentlessly execution-oriented - you bias toward action, are down to dive into the weeds, and do whatever it takes to ship

  • Excellent communicator & collaborator - you are able to lead cross‑functional projects and rally engineering, product, and sales around a shared growth goal

This role will include an annual salary range (based on experience), with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.
