About Unify

Our mission is to build the first system-of-action for go-to-market teams, starting with an end to end platform powering warm outbound. We grew revenue 11x since the beginning of the year, and are already serving customers like Lattice, Airbyte, and OpenPhone (see here for case study).
The status quo is that sellers spend the majority of their day doing administrative tasks. They’re confined to jotting notes, looking at LinkedIn profiles and monitoring Slack notifications. This needs to change.
Our team has been studying sales workflows for years, spotting the patterns and repetitive button clicks that hold sellers back. We’ve stood in their shoes, understood how to give them superpowers, and built products that unlocked their 7th gear.
Now we’re building with OpenAI models (they’re an investor) and several sales data vendors to change how go-to-market works. Today, outbound sales is dominated by cold, mass outreach that floods peoples inboxes and converts to deals at a tiny rate. We’re building a platform to power warm outbound, allowing go-to-market teams to get in touch with the right people at the exact time they’re looking for a solution.
Unify was founded January 17th, 2023 by Austin Hughes (former Ramp) and Connor Heggie (former Scale AI). Prior to Unify, Austin led Ramp’s growth product team focused on new customer acquisition, and Connor was a machine learning research engineer at Scale.

About the Role

As our new Customer Success Manager, you'll drive client satisfaction and set customers up for long-term success during the onboarding process. This role focuses on nurturing customer relationships through the critical initial stages, designing strategic implementation plans, and establishing data-driven success strategies that span the entire customer lifecycle.
As an early member of the post-sales organization, you’ll also spearhead operational improvements in our sales processes and help implement strategic initiatives to drive deeper product adoption. This role is ideal for someone passionate about crafting exceptional customer experiences and eager to make a significant impact. Joining our growing team of 19, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our customer success strategy and driving overall business growth.

What You’ll Do

Manage a portfolio of high-growth companies, helping them generate more pipeline with Unify
Develop and implement post-sales strategies to drive customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction
Drive operational excellence by refining implementation process and developing scalable success playbooks
Conduct regular business reviews, helping customers leverage Unify intent signals and optimize their outbound strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with customers' existing tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense)
Analyze customer data to identify trends in intent signal usage, showcase ROI, and proactively address potential churn risks and upsell opportunities
Continuously deepen your expertise in Unify's product and the broader sales tech ecosystem to effectively advise customers and contribute to product strategy
Collaborate with the engineering / product team to prioritize customer requests and feedback on the roadmap

What You’ll Need

Experience:
2+ years of customer success or post-sales operations experience with a consistent track record of high customer retention and expansion
Experience managing complex, data-driven customer relationships in a SaaS or technical product environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce
Strong general data proficiency, including experience with data visualization tools and basic statistical analysis
Familiarity with SQL is highly desirable for data analysis and customer insights
Self-motivated and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, data-oriented environment
Exceptional communication skills to translate technical concepts and data insights into actionable strategies for customers
Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with product, engineering, and sales teams to drive customer outcomes
