Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data center infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data center operations, infrastructure, and project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resourcing.
• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT.
• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
• Provide project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data center operations, infrastructure, or project management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, networking, and storage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of engineers and technicians.
• Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana, Jira, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure accuracy and completeness of project deliverables.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of data center security and compliance regulations, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
• Experience with data center design and build-out, including network topology, power and cooling systems.

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, startup equity, health insurance and other competitive benefits. The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $180,000-$260,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Individual compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and job-related knowledge.
