As part of our post-Series C growth, we’re excited to add an AI Engineer to our data analytics engineering team of seven. As an AI Engineer at ThreeFlow, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of engineers and product leaders to revolutionize the insurance industry through innovative AI applications and our proprietary data set.

This position reports to the Director of Data & AI and is based remotely within the US. Candidates must be available to work EST hours.

About the role

Help develop and deploy enterprise-scale LLM and ML solutions to optimize core business processes
Primarily develop, test, deploy, and monitor serverless applications (e.g., AWS Lambda) to support various data processing and analytics tasks
Leverage orchestration tools (e.g., AWS Step Functions) to coordinate complex workflows and integrate multiple services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and help implement scalable AI models and solutions
Continuously monitor and optimize AI models to improve performance and accuracy

About you

Extensive experience in Python development, with a focus on productionalizing LLM and machine learning applications
Strong expertise in developing and deploying LLM solutions
In-depth knowledge of various machine learning techniques and their real-world applications
Proficiency in AWS services, especially Lambda and Step Functions; experience with deploying them via IaC
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and best practices in software development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective cross-team collaboration in a fully remote environment
Experience evaluating model performance is a plus
