As part of our post-Series C growth,we're excited to add two Senior Infrastructure Engineers to our technical team of 31, reporting to the Senior Manager of Infrastructure Engineering. We are a remote-first company entering a new phase of opportunity and we're strategically investing in our infrastructure in order to best scale the engineering team.
As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at ThreeFlow, you’ll be responsible for automating our infrastructure, and improving the observability, security, and reliability of our systems while working closely with our product teams to support their infrastructure needs. We use Rails, Vue.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS to develop our products and will be expanding the team when/where needed to support the continued growth of the company.
About the role

Participate in automating our cloud infrastructure, deployment pipeline, and observability platform

Partner with our product teams and QA to deliver the best outcomes for our customers and business

Ensure our pipeline and infrastructure are secure through standards (SOC2), policy, and proactive analysis

Grow and cultivate a DevOps culture on our engineering teams to think about and own the infrastructure for their software
About you
-
5+ years of infrastructure / DevOps experience

Recent experience with AWS; commitment to staying up to date with the latest iterations and capabilities

Experience delivering work using Agile methodologies

Successful track record operating in ambiguous environments; views change as an opportunity to iterate and finds ways to communicate said iterations across organizations

Collaborative and flexible communication style; enjoys finding ways to explain technical concepts and ideas to both technical and nontechnical audiences

Experience working in regulated industries is helpful though not required
