Senior Account Executives at Textio partner with leading organizations to elevate their hiring and communication strategies. As a senior direct sales representative, you’ll drive the adoption of Textio's inclusive communication platform, enabling companies to attract and retain diverse, high-performing teams. Your expertise in consultative sales and strategic account management will position you as a trusted advisor, helping organizations achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Full Life Cycle sales including, outbound prospecting, cold-calling, and social selling.
  • Generate revenue growth by selling Textio's solutions
  • Build, grow, and manage a portfolio of strategic, high-impact accounts.
  • Perform product demonstrations, lead webinars, and conduct data-driven discussions to showcase Textio's unique value.
  • Leverage data insights to identify new opportunities within client organizations and optimize revenue potential.
  • Serve as a thought leader and industry expert, contributing to Textio’s reputation for innovation and impact.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

Skills and Competencies

  • Sales Experience: 3+ years of enterprise sales experience, consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Must have hands-on experience with at least one of the following sales methodologies:
    • Sandler Sales System
    • Challenger Sales
    • MEDDIC (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify Pain, Champion)
    • BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Consultative Selling Skills: Consistent track record navigating and influence decision-making within complex enterprise organizations.
  • Data-Driven: Experience using data to uncover opportunities, optimize strategies, and deliver measurable results.
  • Inclusive Communication: Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with a focus on fostering inclusivity.
  • Growth Mindset: Thrives in dynamic, high-growth environments and continuously seeks improvement.
  • Relationship Management: Adept at building trust and maintaining strong relationships across diverse client organizations.

The salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $110K - $220 OTE Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for > Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
