We are looking for a Product Quality & GTM Ops Intern to support our AI and operations teams in Seoul. This role is designed for someone who wants to understand how AI products actually work in real-world environments, beyond demos or benchmarks.

You will play a key role in human-in-the-loop workflows, working with real customer conversation data to help evaluate, improve conversations with the AI Agent. You will also support partnership and GTM-related operational work, contributing to the execution side of Sendbird’s AI business.

This is not a passive observer role — your work will directly influence product quality and go-to-market strategy of Sendbird’s AI product.


What you will do

  • Evaluate and analyze real customer conversation data to assess the quality and behavior of AI-powered chat experiences.
  • Identify patterns, edge cases, and quality gaps in AI-generated conversations, and provide structured feedback to product and operations teams.
  • Support partnership, including AWS deal registration, pipeline tracking, and enablement support.
  • Support GTM-related research, including market analysis, sales target research, and potential partners

What you bring

  • Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
  • Interest in AI, conversational systems, or data-driven products.
  • Ability to work carefully with text-based data and understand contextual nuance.
  • Clear communication skills in Korean and English.
  • Comfortable with organizing information and creating structured documents
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities effectively
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Even better if you offer (optional)

  • Exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, or LLM-related topics.
  • Experience with spreadsheets or basic data tools (Google Sheets, Excel).
  • Prior experience in operations, QA, research, support-related roles, including research analyst (RA) at consulting firms

We offer a flexible work schedule at Sendbird. We also value collaboration and relationship building. With those values in mind, we require all employees to gather with their team in the office three days per week as a minimum. Some of our roles require a more frequent in-office schedule.
