From spotlighting our AI Agent product to amplifying executive voices, this role offers a balance of proven frameworks and wide creative runway. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and product leaders to shape and evolve how we show up publicly. This is a rare opportunity to scale a B2B brand and craft compelling messaging to spotlight Sendbird as the leader in the AI Agent space.
This is a temporary full-time position for a 6-month engagement with the possibility of conversion to a permanent full-time position, depending on company need and individual performance. This role must work in our San Mateo office 3 days per week.
What You’ll Do:

- Launch and lead the employee advocacy program in Sprout Social, driving employee engagement and content amplification.
- Run the thought leadership program and help executives and subject matter experts build a distinct voice on LinkedIn.
- Interpret stakeholder inputs to create post ideas that align with each person’s expertise and POV.
- Ideate and test new social formats, tone, and channel strategies to engage the AI Agent audience.
- Track and report on performance metrics like post engagement, follower growth, employee participation, and LinkedIn analytics.
- Work cross-functionally to elevate key launches, company news, and thought leadership across social.
- Monitor trends and bring fresh, creative content ideas.
- Uphold the brand voice, visual guidelines, and the Sendbird tone across platforms.
What You Bring:
- You have 4+ years of experience and familiar with B2B technology, AI, or SaaS industries.

- You are reliable and take ownership of your work. You follow through on commitments, communicate clearly, and thrive with minimal oversight.
- You have strong instincts for writing effective content. You can distill technical or abstract ideas into engaging, well-crafted social posts.
- You know how to collaborate with stakeholders across functions. You are comfortable interpreting feedback and translating vague input into clear, high-quality output.
- You take initiative and think proactively. You identify opportunities, manage your own timeline, and help drive programs forward independently.
- You have used Sprout Social or similar platforms and may have experience launching or managing employee advocacy programs.
- You are comfortable working across time zones and collaborating with global teams. Our design team is based in Korea, so experience working interculturally is a plus.
