At Salesloft, our Employee Experience Coordinator will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing People Team, and you will be instrumental in enhancing the employee experience globally. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting global onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle management processes
  • Assisting with employee engagement and experience programs
  • Managing employee communications and responding to inquiries via internal ticketing systems
  • Coordinating key People Team initiatives, including event planning, office management, and internal programs
  • Handling HR administrative tasks such as documentation, records management, and employee data updates
  • Collaborating with the Total Rewards team on benefits administration and supporting employee leave management
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and internal People Team projects
  • Partnering with the People Operations Generalist in Mexico to ensure compliance and seamless HR operations

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and motivated individual who is passionate about enhancing the employee experience and supporting HR initiatives on a global scale. THE TEAM:
Our Salesloft’s People Team is comprised of seasoned and up-and-coming HR professionals who are all aligned on one vision and mission:

The Employee Experience team consists of results-oriented individuals who are dedicated to supporting employees and fostering a positive workplace culture. They are also the epitome of our core values and every day they lead with humility and respect, earn customer trust, put team over self, redefine what’s possible, and deliver big results.

THE SKILL SET:

  • 1+ years of internship or professional experience, preferably within HR
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources and employee lifecycle preferred
  • Previous experience supporting programs and managing schedules in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with G-Suite and HRIS systems preferred
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and sound judgment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
  • High level of empathy, providing an accommodating and customer-focused experience for employees
  • Initiative to proactively improve processes and enhance the employee experience
  • High level of professionalism when handling confidential employee data

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Familiarize yourself with our HR processes and systems, and get to know the People Team members
  • Begin 1:1s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, and delve into your responsibilities
  • Meet with teammates and key partners to understand their roles and how they intersect with the Employee Experience team

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Feel comfortable managing day-to-day HR operations and employee inquiries
  • Contribute to ongoing employee engagement initiatives and provide feedback for improvements
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on HR projects and events

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently support the HR functions across various regions, ensuring compliance and effective communication
  • Continue to develop your skills in employee engagement and HR operations

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be recognized as a “go-to” key contributor to the Employee Experience team and the overall People Team’s success
  • Set an example for new team members, assisting in their onboarding and training
