Location: London

Part-time, 15 hours/week (Tuesday - Thursday, 10:00 - 15:00)

At Salesloft, our Office Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the culture of the London office. Our London office serves as a hub for collaboration and innovation, fostering an environment where employees can thrive in a vibrant and inclusive setting.

You will be a key member of our fast-growing and high-performing London Team and will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of our London Office. You will play a critical role in both the employee and customer experience by planning and executing internal events, ensuring an organised, functional workspace and contributing to office-wide initiatives to create a positive work environment.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of office facilities and administrative operations to support our mission to fundamentally transform the Sales Engagement space. Specifically, you will:

  • Office administration - coordinate office logistics, handle administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records to support efficient office operations and facilitate smooth workflows.
  • Facilities management - manage the day-to-day operations of office facilities, including maintenance and vendor coordination, to ensure a smooth and functional workspace for employees.
  • Health and safety - implement and enforce health and safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and organise training sessions to ensure a safe work environment for all staff members.
  • Environment and sustainability - monitor energy consumption, and identify opportunities for environmental improvement within the office.

THE SKILL SET:

  • Previous experience(2+ years) in office and facilities management, preferably in a technology company or similar fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the workplace.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions independently.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our Salesloft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your manager, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territory
  • Set your MOaTs (Metrics, Obstacles and Tactics) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners in the London Office, as well as other key stakeholders across the company

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Own and streamline office administrative processes and optimised facility management procedures.
  • Develop strong working relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective support for office needs.
  • Own the office budget

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Plan and execute engaging and creative events that directly influence culture (office and customer events, happy hours, lunch and learns, and so much more!) with clear communication plans and program delivery.
  • Own health & safety to ensure that all London Lofters and our customers are working in a safe environment
  • Facilitate office onboarding for new joiners

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Establish the Office Manager role as a key member of the team integral to the London Office
  • Independently oversee the office's day-to-day operations and contribute to the London Office long-term strategic goals.
