Job Title: Director, Talent Acquisition

Location: Remote

We’re looking for an engaging, self-starting, and detailed Director, Talent Acquisition to join and support our fast-growing people team. You will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate our talent acquisition strategy. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure flawless execution of full-cycle recruiting across the entire organization. You will manage a team of talent acquisition specialists that support hiring across our global business units. The Director, Talent Acquisition will be critical in analyzing data and talent insights and partnering with our Chief People Officer to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business. This role will also partner with our Head of DE&I, Director of Employee Experience & Development, and Executive team to drive equitable practices across the business and attract diverse talent globally.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You are a self-starting, and organized individual with a passion for all things Talent Acquisition. This is a huge opportunity to drive growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout our Talent Acquisition team. To be successful in this role, you must have a thorough understanding of full-cycle global recruiting, excel at juggling multiple tasks and be passionate about providing a white-glove candidate and stakeholder experience.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Set vision, define strategy, and develop processes for recruitment and hiring
  • Assess the overall recruitment process to mitigate bias and ensure equitable and fair hiring practices
  • Oversee all stages of candidate experience, ensuring that legal and best hiring practices are followed and determining areas of improvement and potential enablement
  • Inspire and scale a team of recruiter’s across multiple geographies and portfolios to ensure best practices in candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection
  • Partner with and advise Senior Leadership to forecast hiring needs based on Salesloft’s strategic plan and anticipated attrition
  • Collaborate with People Leadership, Operations and Finance on cross-functional processes

THE SKILL SET:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience with HR tools (Greenhouse, candidate.fyi, Workday, LI Recruiter)
  • Thorough understanding of commercial and technical recruiting
  • Experience working and leading a global team
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment
  • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fantastic interpersonal communication skills and experience interfacing with all levels of an organization
  • High level of empathy
  • A passion for teamwork and positively contributing to the success and reputation of Salesloft

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Salesloft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn the SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique
  • Begin 1:1’s with your team, understand your 30-60-90 plan, meet & shadow current members of the Salesloft team, and delve into your territory
  • Set your MOaT (Metrics, Obstacles and Tactics) with your manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key stakeholders - Executive and, partners in Finance and Operations - they will be key relationships for you throughout your role
  • Become familiar with the employee life cycle, Salesloft culture, and business processes

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Continue developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the business
  • Review and refine the full life cycle recruiting process
  • Support the team in rolling out Interview Training across the organization
  • Provide recommendations on team balance, workload, etc.
  • Own reporting on key metrics

The goal of Salesloft’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay with our organization.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.

Base Pay Range
$155,000$221,000 USD
