As the Demand Generation Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will be instrumental in strategically expanding and elevating our account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, directly contributing to our growth in the EMEA market. Your leadership will focus on deploying initiatives that blend strategy with execution, aiming to strengthen our market position, expand our reach across diverse account segments, and accelerate pipeline and deal velocity, all aiming to drive significant revenue growth.

As an experienced member of the Revenue Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business every day by leading the following efforts :

  • Strategic ABM Leadership:
    • Develop and articulate the overarching ABM strategy, focused on driving net new pipeline creation and accelerating deals for late-stage prospects.
    • Lead the formulation and execution of high-impact ABM initiatives aligned with business objectives and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company's high-growth trajectory within the EMEA region.
  • ABM Program Development (1:1 and 1:Few)
    • Direct the execution of 1:1 ABM strategies tailored to individual accounts, delivering bespoke experiences and solutions that address their unique challenges and opportunities, while also accelerating deals for late-stage prospects.
    • Manage 1:Few ABM campaigns targeting clusters of accounts with similar characteristics, optimizing messaging and content for maximum impact on net new pipeline creation and deal acceleration.
  • Campaign Innovation and Execution:
    • Drive the creation and implementation of innovative ABM campaigns, leveraging advanced personalization techniques and omni-channel tactics to resonate with key stakeholders within target accounts.
    • Oversee the development of compelling messaging and content assets tailored to the needs and pain points of specific industries and personas, driving engagement and conversion.
  • Integrated Field Events Development and Execution:
    • Conceptualize and integrate impactful field events, ranging from exclusive executive engagements to thought leadership seminars, into our account-based marketing program. Ensure these activities are designed to deepen relationships with target accounts and drive pipeline acceleration.
    • Oversee end-to-end event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with ABM objectives and customer experience standards, while also contributing to deal creation and deal acceleration efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong alignment and collaboration with sales leadership to ensure a unified approach to account targeting, messaging, and campaign execution.
    • Partner closely with marketing operations and analytics teams to establish robust measurement frameworks and KPIs, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization to support the company's growth objectives.
  • Continuous Innovation and Optimization:
    • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data analytics and market insights to refine ABM strategies, tactics, and processes.
    • Champion experimentation and innovation, testing new approaches and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive revenue growth in alignment with the company's position as a leader in the B2B SaaS software space.

THE TEAM:

THE SKILL SET:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B revenue marketing or demand generation and growth marketing, with an emphasis on ABM and strategic account engagement , preferably in the SaaS software industry.
  • Proven track record of leading successful ABM programs that deliver measurable revenue impact, including net new pipeline creation and deal acceleration for late-stage prospects.
  • Expertise in ABM strategy execution, especially in scaling targeted initiatives.
  • Proficiency with ABM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, 6sense) and data.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
  • Mastery in organizing and executing high-impact field events that align with ABM objectives, driving engagement, creating pipeline, and accelerating pipeline for targeted accounts.
  • Exceptional leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to influence and align cross-functional teams towards common revenue objectives in a high-growth environment.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Integrate into Salesloft’s culture, understanding our products and unique market positioning and potential in the EMEA market.
  • Establish foundational relationships within sales and marketing teams to assess the current state of our marketing strategies in EMEA.
  • Begin assessing and optimizing existing ABM strategies and tools.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Launch and manage targeted ABM campaigns, refining our approach based on initial feedback and insights.
  • Collaborate on account and segment-specific content and messaging, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  • Initiate ABM-focused executive events, working closely with revenue leaders and cross-functional executive teams to ensure alignment with overall ABM strategies.
  • Start to see the tangible impact of your strategies on pipeline growth and revenue.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Demonstrate measurable impact in ABM campaigns, with clear metrics proving growth on pipeline and revenue.
  • Further refine and expand ABM strategies, incorporating broader personalized engagement tactics.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be instrumental in driving significant revenue growth in the EMEA region through strategic ABM initiatives.
  • Have contributed to the innovation and evolution of our ABM approach, ensuring Salesloft leadership in revenue orchestration.
