THE OPPORTUNITY:

Although we’re proud of our history, we’re even more excited about the future. We want to create a world-class culture and company that attracts, develops, engages and retains elite talent.

At Salesloft, our Senior Financial Systems Analyst will be pivotal to our company’s success. You will be a key member of our high-performing Finance team and help scale the company by building the forecasting and reporting processes that set the direction for the organization.

On a day-to-day basis, you will act as the lead point consolidating our business unit forecasts and results, and own the corporate cash flow and balance sheet models. This individual will serve as the go-to person for our balance sheet/cash flow modeling and reporting. Specifically, you will:

  • Consolidate the creation of a detailed operating plan and long-term corporate financial model and will track ongoing changes to the business
  • Own Salesloft’s long-term three-statement model - balance sheet and cash flow planning, forecasting, and analysis
  • Enhance the financial systems in order to support business processes and operational needs
  • Create and maintain reports including packages for our executive team, board of directors, and investors
  • Strong partnership with the Accounting and BI teams to ensure timely and accurate data reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting - analyzing financial results, understanding key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating/presenting key messages to senior finance leadership
  • Support the accounting team in the month end close process, assisting with variance analysis as needed
  • Deep understanding of consolidation complexities such as multi-currency translation and multi-currency reporting
  • Coordinate the preparation of company financials to ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting

Looking for a true problem-solver, bias toward action individual who is intrigued by challenge and motivated by results. Accuracy, creativity, and financial literacy are a must.. In addition to working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our ‘team over self’ core value, you will also have the opportunity to be a team player, able to work across different departments and different management levels, and focused on solving business and financial challenges. You will have an opportunity to make a difference.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
