Salesloft, Inc. has a job opening for the position of Software Architect based out of its location in Atlanta, GA.
Job Duties: Research, design and develop software for use across multiple platforms, with emphasis on User Interface. Mentor mid-level and senior engineers. Provide technical knowledge and feedback, pairing program with other engineers to share knowledge. Produce technical documentation and design artifacts to ensure scalability and reusability across the application while enforcing best practices. Responsible for the medium and long term technical vision for the delivery team. Evaluate software code, including performing code reviews for other software developers and UI Engineers. Analyze user needs and software requirements, and regularly produce quality code to clients and customers, maintaining software development standards for quality assurance through constructive peer review. Contribute to the organization outside of the delivery team (i.e. conferences, book clubs, and internal meetups). Monitor for operational issues and work to resolve in a timely manner. Thinks proactively about tooling and monitoring to assist during incidents. Attends architectural meetings with other senior technical leaders to share ideas and coordinate on large scale initiatives. Take ownership for development of new software features, and make contributions or changes to tools/techniques as needed. Monitor and modify software functionality, building and shipping new and/or improved software features. Remain abreast of software development methods, techniques, and technologies, and maintain high degree of knowledge of the team’s surface area while also advocating and enforcing best practices across the organization. Interview prospective candidates and provide thoughtful evaluations and feedback, and assist with on-boarding of new engineers. Works with product leaders to estimate and prioritize work for their delivery team. Demonstrates a deep ownership of team’s delivery of work. Work from home benefit available. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
The salary offered for this job opportunity is $160,000. Transparency Disclosure for Informational Purposes: the overall base salary range for this position at Salesloft in the United States is $131,000 to $224,000.
The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
