Saleo is looking for a highly talented Product Manager. The Product Manager will be a pivotal member of our team, driving the product strategy, development, and execution for Saleo’s suite of tools. You will lead efforts to organize and manage the product roadmap, track deliverables, communicate with customers, and support internal training initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized professional passionate about helping businesses succeed in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with Saleo's goals and market opportunities.
  • Organize and manage the product roadmap via ClickUp, ensuring transparency and alignment across all teams.
  • Track and monitor deliverables across two product lines, ensuring timely and high-quality releases.
  • Communicate the product roadmap with customers, gathering feedback and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Organize and conduct internal product training sessions for Customer Support and Sales teams.
  • Own the roadmap deck, keeping it up-to-date and effectively communicating product plans and progress to stakeholders.
  • Own the organization and management of the Customer Advisory Board, ensuring effective engagement and feedback collection.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers, sales, and support teams to continuously improve the product.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and inform future decisions.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development.
  • Create and maintain detailed product & training documentation, including user stories, use cases, and feature specifications.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on new product features and updates.
  • Define Smoke Test Requirements: Collaborate with the internal QA team to establish clear and comprehensive smoke test requirements, ensuring critical functionalities are thoroughly tested before each release.
  • Product Testing Oversight: Oversee and manage all aspects of product testing, working closely with QA to identify, document, and resolve issues, guaranteeing a high-quality product.
  • Ensure Smooth Releases: Coordinate with the QA team to streamline the release process, ensuring all tests are completed successfully and any potential issues are addressed promptly for seamless product deployments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products from inception to market.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience using ClickUp or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS market and trends.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving customer pain points.
