Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with partners and marketing teams to create joint customer stories that showcase success and value.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Deltek’s solutions and partner offerings to effectively communicate joint value propositions and differentiation.
- Plan and coordinate partner-led webinars, events, blogs, social media, and PR activities, ensuring consistent, high-quality messaging that highlights partner innovation and value to Deltek customers.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs (engagement, leads, referrals, ROI), using insights to refine strategies.
- Work closely with product marketing, sales, and partner account managers to align partner engagement activities with established GTM plans.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance marketing content creation and campaign optimization.
- Ensure continuous improvement by staying current with marketing trends and best practices, especially in B2B account-based marketing (ABM).
- Support events such as Deltek Elevate and sales kickoff.
- Participate in partner quarterly business reviews to support partner engagement and provide insight on co-marketing activities.
- Stay current on Deltek’s product strategy and industry trends and proactively share ideas that support partner engagement and joint GTM execution with the Marketplace leadership and partner managers.
- 5+ years of experience in partner content marketing, preferably in SaaS enterprise software.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience with B2B account-based marketing (ABM).
- Experience supporting digital and social media execution.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting marketing campaign ROI, not just activity metrics.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Collaborative, self-starter, comfortable working in a matrixed environment.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
- Comfort using generative AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for content drafts, research, and campaign optimization.
- Experience and preference to operate in U.S. time zones (EST or CST).
