Position Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for assigned GovWin Digital accounts, ensuring timely and accurate contract renewals
- Engage customers through digital channels to understand their needs, articulate value, and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities
- Analyze account data to proactively address risks and uncover growth potential
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Support customers in navigating SaaS or subscription-based products, providing guidance and best practices
- Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Continuously learn and adapt to evolving digital engagement strategies and GovCon market trends

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales support.
- Strong customer communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with SaaS or subscription-based products preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Understanding of government contracting or the GovCon market is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable with digital-first engagement models.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and articulate value clearly.
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience with the Gainsight tool.
- Must be knowledgeable in and utilize AI tools to help streamline tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the government contracting (GovCon) sector.
- Proficiency in digital engagement tools and strategies.
- Demonstrated success in driving account growth and customer retention.
- Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based solutions in a B2B environment.
