We are seeking a Director, Product & Technology Strategy & Enablement to design and operate the internal systems that power execution, alignment, and AI adoption across a global Product & Technology organization.

This is a highly strategic, people‑centric role that partners closely with the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO) and senior leaders to translate evolving strategy into clear operating rhythms, scalable enablement programs, and measurable behavior change. You will bring structure to ambiguity, accelerate decision‑making, and help teams navigate transformation with clarity and confidence.

You’ll lead a small team and act as a force multiplier - strengthening how leaders operate, how teams learn, and how AI is adopted across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Product & Technology operating system - designing executive forums, leadership cadences, and decision‑making mechanisms that drive clarity, accountability, and momentum.
• Increase decision velocity by setting standards for agendas, pre‑reads, outputs, and follow‑through across leadership meetings and offsites.
• Translate AI strategy into action by designing structured learning programs, champion networks, and communities of practice that drive measurable adoption.
• Enable capability growth by identifying gaps in AI, architecture, and emerging tools, and curating targeted learning pathways aligned to business priorities.
• Lead recognition and engagement programs that reinforce strategic behaviors and strengthen culture across Product & Technology.
• Plan and deliver global all‑hands and leadership events, ensuring consistent experience, messaging, and execution across regions.
• Design scalable, low‑friction operating mechanisms that are lightweight, automated, and sustainable—continuously simplifying how work gets done.
• Lead and develop a small team, fostering high standards, ownership, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, product or engineering enablement, organizational development, or strategy roles within a technology organization.
• Proven experience designing and scaling operating rhythms, enablement programs, or communities of practice in technical environments.
• Demonstrated success driving adoption of new tools or ways of working, ideally including AI or automation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear, structured insights for senior leaders.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent programs with diverse stakeholders and cadences.
• Comfort leading small teams and delivering outcomes through influence rather than authority.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Viva, Power Automate) for operational delivery and knowledge management.
