About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical team member to join our GTM Infrastructure team under Go-To-Market Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing data strategies that align with business objectives and drive measurable value. You will deliver high-quality insights that are ready for AI applications while maintaining the integrity of our Go-To-Market infrastructure within Salesforce — ensuring that territory assignments, account teams, lead routing, and data governance processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of operations, data, and strategy, working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Data/Engineering teams including Salesforce Administration.

This is a critical role that sits at the intersection of operations, data, and strategy, working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Data/Engineering teams including Salesforce Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and optimize Territory, Account Team, and Lead Routing configurations in Salesforce.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for case resolution related to territory requests, account team updates, and lead routing concerns, changes, or updates.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce Hierarchy and User Profiles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational structure.
- Build and deliver reporting requests and dashboards that provide actionable insights to key stakeholders.
- Lead data governance efforts for Account data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance across the platform, and contribute to various data governance projects and initiatives across the organization.
- Support the analysis of Salesforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Execute data enrichment and matching processes using ZoomInfo to maintain accurate and up-to-date account and lead information.
- Conduct UAT testing for all data improvements, system updates, and configuration changes prior to deployment.
- Lead and support Annual Planning activities including territory design, account team assignments, hierarchy updates, user profile management, and lead routing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Data/Engineering teams, including Salesforce Admins, to ensure alignment and execution of data initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in GTM Operations/Sales Operations/Marketing Operations or a similar GTM-focused role.
- Proven ability to define and execute data strategies that align with and support business goals, including delivering AI-ready insights.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including territory management, user profiles, lead routing, and reporting.
- Experience with ZoomInfo or similar data enrichment platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data clearly.
- Solid understanding of data governance principles with the ability to manage and lead governance projects.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Excel; Experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience participating in or leading UAT testing processes.
