What You’ll Be Accountable For
Turning Capability into Seller Behavior
- Ensure sales tools and AI are not just available, but actively used, trusted, and embedded in day-to-day selling.
- Focus relentlessly on how sellers work - translating tools and AI into practical workflows that improve confidence, clarity, and execution.
- Measure success by behavior change, usage discipline, and downstream impact - not by feature adoption alone.
- Own enablement outcomes for core sales productivity tools (e.g., CRM, engagement platforms, intelligence tools).
- Partner with Enablement Program Managers to integrate tools and AI seamlessly into onboarding, playbooks, and reinforcement - not as addons, but as part of the selling motion itself.
- Identify friction, redundancy, or confusion in the tool ecosystem and proactively simplify the seller experience.
- Translate Generative AI capability into sellerready workflows, not abstract possibilities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Enablement leaders on where AI truly adds value - and where it does not.
- Lead handson enablement experiences (including prompt design and usecase application) that build confidence and responsible adoption.
- Continuously evolve AIenabled enablement based on field feedback, usage patterns, and performance impact.
- Design and deliver enablement that respects sellers’ time and mirrors real selling scenarios.
- Show up as a credible, practical partner to sales leaders and sellers—someone who understands their reality and earns trust through relevance.
- Provide point-of-need coaching and guidance that helps sellers apply tools and AI when it matters most.
- Anticipate enablement needs rather than reacting to requests.
- Partner closely with Sales Ops, IT, Product, Marketing, and AI Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment between strategy, process, and execution.
- Continuously refine enablement through data → insight → action loops, always asking: Is this making sellers better?
- Build and develop a small, high-impact tools and AI enablement team grounded in enablement craft and accountability.
- Set clear priorities and expectations focused on outcomes, not activity.
- Create repeatable approaches that scale globally without losing relevance to the field.
What We’re Looking For
Enablement Mindset (Non-Negotiable)
You are someone who:
- Measures success by behavior change and impact, not deployment or completion.
- Thinks proactively and anticipates needs rather than waiting for direction.
- Enjoys simplifying complexity and making tools feel intuitive and valuable.
- Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and evolving environments where tools, AI, and priorities change rapidly.
- Takes pride in being a valueadd partner to sellers and leaders—not a gatekeeper or administrator.
- Deep, hands-on experience with sales productivity and enablement tools in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong practical understanding of how Generative AI can improve sales effectiveness (and where it shouldn’t be used).
- Proven ability to train, coach, and influence sales audiences through strong facilitation and communication.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders grounded in insight, judgment, and results.
Experience & Background
- 8–10+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, GTM Transformation, or related roles.
- Demonstrated success driving adoption, behavior change, and measurable performance improvement.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, pipeline dynamics, and seller workflows.
- Experience scaling enablement capabilities in transformation environments.
- Hands-on exposure to Generative AI in business or GTM contexts.
- Experience leading cross-functional, enterprise-level initiatives.
- This is not a systems, tools, or platform administration role.
- It is enablement-led, sales-facing, and impact-driven.
- The role exists to ensure tools and AI actually change how sellers sell.
