As a Senior Technical Consultant specializing in Extensions & Integrations for the Deltek Suite, you will lead the design, guidance, and delivery of tailored ERP solutions that drive operational excellence for our clients. You will independently lead standard to moderate complexity engagements across all customer types; collaborate on high complexity scenarios. You will work with both internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of ERP extensions and integrations within the Deltek Suite for all customer types, including enterprise-level organizations
• Independently manage engagements of standard to moderate complexity; collaborate with senior colleagues on higher complexity scenarios
• Gather and analyze client requirements to translate business needs into scalable, robust technical solutions
• Develop comprehensive, detailed specifications and documentation for solution architecture and project delivery
• Own end-to-end development projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery with minimal supervision
• Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment and project success
• Architect solutions using core development skills, including SQL, C#, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs for integration and extension tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in solution architecture and technical design with a demonstrated track record of successful implementations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proven capacity to diagnose complex business problems and recommend optimal solutions independently
• Excellent specification writing skills, with the ability to create precise, comprehensive design specifications
• Proven ability to document advanced business logic, validation rules, integration flows, and error handling in structured form
• Strong requirements gathering and analysis skills across diverse business contexts
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, including leading customer-facing sessions and presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences at all levels
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end development project delivery with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in SQL, C#, XML, JSON, and REST/SOAP API's
• Experience with integration development technologies, including RESTful APIs and web services
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code and Copilot
