Position Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong, trusted relationships with partners, serving as the central point of connection between Deltek teams and the partner organization.
- Lead partner meetings, set agendas, and follow up on agreed actions with all stakeholders.
- Maintain a clear understanding of each partner’s value proposition and provide status updates, escalations, and next steps to internal leadership.
- Manage multiple partner relationships and cross functional workstreams at once, ensuring tasks and deliverables move forward smoothly.
- Own partner onboarding from kickoff to Marketplace listing launch; ensure templates and assets are delivered on time.
- Enable sales teams with partner overviews, discovery scripts, and resource guides, keeping content accurate and accessible.
- Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and capture accurate information to measure program value.
- Follow up on referral status, validate attribution, and support quarterly commission reporting.
- Support partner planning and execution of co-marketing programs (campaigns, events, blogs, social) to promote partners effectively.
- Gather partner/customer feedback and share insights that support program and product improvements.
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, customer success, or related sales/account management roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written English communication skills.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries and software products.
- Collaborative work style with the ability to build credibility and strong relationships internally and externally.
- Detail-oriented and critical-thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high productivity.
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and streamline partner‑management workflows.
- Experience and preference to operate in U.S. time zones (EST or CST).
