Perform thorough gap analysis between source and target systems to proactively identify data conversion challenges
Create detailed functional specifications and comprehensive source-to-target mapping documents

Solution Design & Validation

Design sophisticated data transformation logic and business rules for technical implementation
Develop robust test scenarios and validation frameworks to ensure data integrity throughout migration processes
Review and approve Data Developer SQL implementations against your functional specifications
Collaborate on Airflow DAG configuration and setup, providing essential business context for proper orchestration

Quality Assurance & Stakeholder Management

Lead comprehensive data reconciliation efforts and coordinate user acceptance testing with client stakeholders
Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, partnering with Data Developers to implement targeted corrections
Maintain clear communication channels with clients throughout the engagement lifecycle

Continuous Improvement & Mentorship

Leverage and enhance reusable function libraries, providing actionable feedback on usability and suggesting improvements
Champion the adoption of standardized tools and templates across the broader team

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in data migration or ETL projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience with SQL and data profiling tool
Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
Experience with requirements gathering and functional specification documentation
Understanding of data quality principles and validation methodologies
