At Deltek, we help professional services firms run smarter, grow faster, and adapt with confidence. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing that mission to life for our small and mid-sized business customers.

You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for Deltek’s SMB solutions - defining how we position, launch, and scale products that increasingly leverage AI, cloud, and platform innovation. This is a role for a seasoned product marketer who loves turning complexity into clarity and translating product strategy into compelling, customer‑centric stories that drive growth.

This is a senior individual contributor role with real influence. You’ll operate at the solution and portfolio level, shaping narratives that connect multiple products into a cohesive platform story, launching new AI-enabled capabilities, and helping customers understand the tangible business outcomes Deltek delivers.

You’ll report to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing for Professional Services and work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams across the SMB business.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end go-to-market leadership for SMB solutions - from launches and major enhancements to ongoing solution-level initiatives
  • Clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that speaks to the real outcomes small and mid-sized professional services firms care about
  • Translation of product strategy and roadmap direction into market-ready stories aligned to Deltek’s broader platform vision
  • Thoughtful positioning of AI-enabled capabilities, focusing on business impact rather than feature checklists
  • Go-to-market support for customers transitioning to cloud-based solutions, clearly articulating value, ROI, and long-term benefit
  • Solution-level storytelling that shows how Deltek’s products work better together as an integrated platform
  • Close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Enablement, and Marketing on value-based selling motions, competitive positioning, and objection handling
  • Application of product-led growth principles to reduce friction, accelerate adoption, and drive expansion
  • Smart use of AI and modern tools to move faster, work smarter, and scale your impact
  • Representation of Deltek at select SMB- and technology-focused events, contributing to external thought leadership

You should expect to share examples of your work - such as go-to-market plans, messaging frameworks, or enablement content. Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) and modern productivity tools is part of how you work.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, solutions marketing, or go-to-market roles
  • A proven track record of taking B2B software products, solutions, or platforms to market (SaaS strongly preferred)
  • Experience marketing AI-enabled or intelligent capabilities
  • A sharp instinct for outcome-based, value-driven messaging
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Confidence influencing in matrixed environments without formal authority
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–20% annually
