The Deltek Sr. Principal Partner Account Executive drives partner success by building strong relationships, enabling revenue growth, and ensuring disciplined operational execution across Deltek’s partner ecosystem. This role serves as the primary bridge between Deltek’s direct teams and solution partners, supporting forecasting rigor, program governance, and partner business planning.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Partner Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring access, alignment, and effective engagement with Deltek. Proactively manage communications, resolve operational issues, and coordinate execution of joint strategies.

2. Sales & Forecasting
Ensure accurate weekly forecasts, maintain pipeline hygiene, and support partners in using Deltek forecasting tools and the Partner Portal. Provide visibility into pipeline health and execution.

3. Business Planning & QBRs

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Partner Management Experience
- 2+ year of SaaS Account Executive Experience
- ERP & CRM Experience a plus
- GovCon Industry experience a plus
