Position Responsibilities

  • Provide quality accounting software support to clients using Deltek products.
  • Respond to incoming support requests in a prompt, professional, and helpful manner.
  • Assess the nature of customer concerns and resolve support issues using troubleshooting skills and product knowledge.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and integrate them into support processes.
  • Clearly document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment and organize tasks based on priority.
  • Work independently and maintain self-motivation, while seeking guidance from senior analysts for complex or high-severity issues.


Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and/or software support.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, preferably gained through working with accounting applications or within an educational setting.
  • Ability to document customer interactions and resolutions clearly and accurately.
  • Proven ability to work successfully in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
