- Help support the entire business unit to help it run effectively and efficiently
- Responsible for coordination with finance and operations
- Logistical and administrative support to the organization
- Respond appropriately to requests and ensure that deadlines are met
- Maintain files and correspondence
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as appropriate
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Expertise in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are required
- Excellent analytical skills, ability to problem solve and take initiative
