Position Responsibilities

• Undertake analysis, design, coding and testing activities of complex modules
• Develop software on time and to required quality standards
• Lead efforts in transforming workflows using GenAI and LLMs as foundational components, creating solutions that transform processes rather than optimize them.
• Design and implement platforms that integrate source code repositories, knowledge bases, documentation, and historical case data for automated case resolution and code fixes.
• Work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to share knowledge and foster a culture of experimentation.

Qualifications

AI-First Mindset

• Approaches every engineering challenge by asking, “How can AI transform, not just optimize, this?”
• Actively integrates Generative AI and LLMs as foundational tools in design, development, and automation.
• Skilled at leveraging AI-powered assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to prototype, refactor, and accelerate delivery.
• Experiments with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agent-based orchestration to create adaptive, learning systems.
• Continuously explores emerging AI technologies and frameworks to reimagine workflows, decision-making, and customer experiences.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Proficient in C#/.NET or Java, with hands-on experience building production-grade applications.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or Oracle), including data modeling, normalization, and performance considerations.
• Experience with version control (Git) and implementing CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Capable of defining what needs to be tested and ensuring tests are meaningful and effective.
