Regal.io is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support our growing team. This person will own the full-cycle recruitment process across a variety of positions in Sales, Marketing, CS, Product, Engineering, & more! In this role you will partner closely with Executive Leadership to deploy creative strategies to attract talent. You will report directly into our VP, People.
We are thoughtfully scaling the team and this person will be in a position to directly impact our ability to hit company goals and milestones!


  • Source, screen, interview and hire candidates while ensuring a top candidate experience across all open positions
  • Support VP of People in Executive searches
  • Work with a sense of urgency to ensure candidates are quickly moving through the process
  • Build a diverse pipeline of candidates using creative sourcing channels.
  • Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems.
  • Adapt to changing headcount plans related to business outcomes and priorities.
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews.


  • 3-5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience
  • Experience working at a SaaS start-up
  • Previous experience using Lever (ATS)
  • Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, market research, talent mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing leadership decision-making
  • Target driven, detail oriented and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Broad knowledge and understanding of HR policies and US employment laws
This position is available in New York City .
We have offices in NYC (HQ- NoMad) & Boston (Downtown/Financial). Hybrid roles are required in office T/W/TH and office optional M/F. Covid protocols and vaccination policy in place.
