ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Outbound Growth Representative at Regal.io, you'll spearhead the pioneering outbound pipeline innovation lab initiatives. Collaborating across multiple channels, you'll meticulously craft and refine messaging, tailor buyer personas within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and engineer pipelines with iterative precision. Directly partnering with our esteemed SVP of Sales, Vikas, you'll embark on a journey of continuous evolution.This role is tailor-made for individuals impassioned by the prospect of architecting a playbook to revolutionize and execute outbound growth business development in an arena saturated with mundane cold outreach endeavors. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate closely with our esteemed SVP of Sales to ideate and craft innovative prospecting strategies and tools. In this pivotal role, you'll unlock a world of opportunities:Harness the power of AI and automation to craft impeccably personalized outreach campaigns tailored to our target market, fostering the generation of premium leads and revenue.
  • Master the utilization of essential tools such as Clay, ChatGPT, Koala, Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Navigator, SalesLoft, Orum, and more, optimizing their potential for outbound growth.
  • Artfully integrate diverse data sources, including intent data and website analytics, to fine-tune campaign efficacy and steer strategic initiatives towards success.
  • Forge synergistic partnerships with our Marketing team, curating compelling copy and assets tailored to an array of customer personas spanning mid-market and enterprise segments.

ABOUT YOU:

  • 3-5 years in demand generation or outbound growth/bdr/sales within the dynamic realm of high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency demonstrated in the realm of marketing automation tools, AI, and analytics platforms (eg. ChatGPT, Clay, Koala, Apollo, LinkedIn, Marketo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, Orum), showcasing your adeptness at leveraging technology to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Possess an innate creative flair coupled with impeccable copywriting skills, enabling you to distill complex concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with our audience.
  • A proven track record of conceptualizing and executing triumphant marketing campaigns (or personal social media campaigns), with a keen emphasis on harnessing the power of AI and automation tools to amplify impact.
  • Fervently embrace data-driven decision-making processes, underpinned by strong analytical acumen, fostering an environment where insights drive outcomes.
