About the Role

We are looking for an MBA (HR) intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition operations, with a strong focus on interview scheduling and candidate coordination. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to learn how recruiting functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruiting coordination process, including reviewing candidate resumes and scheduling interviews
  • Manage high-volume calendar scheduling for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates across multiple time zones
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through timely communication and coordination.
  • Assist with Talent Acquisition operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Help maintain and update job descriptions to ensure clarity, consistency, and strong visibility across job boards.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including greeting candidates (virtual or onsite) and managing day-of interview details
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Support basic sourcing efforts for hard-to-fill roles using platforms such as LinkedIn and other job sites

Requirements & Preferred Skills

  • MBA student or recent graduate specializing in Human Resources
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting operations, or HR coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Basic familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse or similar is a plus, but not required)
  • Prior internship or academic exposure to HR or recruitment is an advantage
