Role Overview:

We are building a world-class Sales Operations team to enable our next stage of growth, and we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join the p44 team. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and finance teams to build and maintain the operational processes driving our revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with our North America Sales team at all levels to support planning, including forecasting, pipeline reporting, territory assignments, capacity planning, and quota setting
  • Set up goals, reporting, and analyses to continuously evaluate sales team productivity
  • Create critical strategic analyses that provide insight into ARR and pipeline growth trends
  • Drive business-critical operational process improvements cross functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams

Minimum qualifications

  • 1+ years in a Sales Operations role at a B2B company; experience in tech companies a plus
  • Strong analytical skills that go beyond creating reports to drive insights for the business
  • Exceptional skills in analytical tools including Excel and extensive experience working with large data sets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce reporting
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
