Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes to join our dynamic software company. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform, including its CPQ capabilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the system's efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that align with our business processes.

What you will work on

You will work across our Salesforce instance, ensuring appropriate business requirements are gathered and that we consistently deliver functional enhancements and improvements as requested.

You will work with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Finance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of our Salesforce instance, including user management, data hygiene, security settings, and customization according to best practices.
  • System Customization: Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of different departments and teams. Utilize declarative tools (such as Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder) to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Data Integrity: Regularly perform data quality audits and implement strategies to maintain the accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data. Identify and rectify data inconsistencies and duplications.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to Salesforce users across various departments. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and facilitate training sessions to ensure efficient system utilization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics and help stakeholders make informed decisions. Customize reports to address specific reporting needs.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with the IT team to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and automation within Salesforce. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
  • Security and Compliance: Enforce data security best practices and maintain compliance with relevant regulations. Monitor and manage user access and permissions to safeguard sensitive information.
  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices. Continuously explore opportunities to enhance our Salesforce instance's capabilities.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. Salesforce Administrator certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and customization options.
  • Proficiency in declarative tools such as Process Builder, Flows, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
  • Experience in data management and maintaining data integrity within Salesforce.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of software industry processes and practices is a plus.

If there are any costs related to screening, these will be borne by Project44. When our vendor Accurate will reach out to, you will be asked for your consent. We would like to emphasize that at all time you can decide to withdraw from the application process and/or to withdraw the consent to perform a screening test.
