Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for this employee and to meet the business needs, this role requires you to be located within the Americas region with right-to-work status for the country you reside in.
You'll drive growth by expertly managing a dual-focus approach: nurturing a book of Tier 1 & Tier 2 customer accounts while pursuing transformative new business opportunities. Your primary objectives include:
Expanding and building high-value customer relationships through land-and-expand strategies
Delivering substantial net new revenue through strategic account management of primarily Tier 1 and strategic customers, and new business lead conversion
Driving sophisticated commercial negotiations and customer acquisition with a consultative approach
Building and maintaining an exceptional sales pipeline using advanced methodologies like MEDDIC
Key Responsibilities
Strategically convert high-potential qualified leads into key business logos
Leverage cross-functional resources to identify and deliver high-impact value for Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts
Utilize Salesforce and Gong for advanced revenue forecasting and strategic insights
Maintain exemplary account documentation and system hygiene
Continuously develop skills to align with evolving product and market dynamics
Role model the performance of core metrics aligned to effective opportunity growth and healthy book management
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members, sharing best practices and sales techniques.
Support company-wide projects and OKRs when required, in line with driving wider revenue team performance

Commercial Performance
Proven track record of exceptional quota attainment across complex, high-value accounts; consistent overachievement in revenue targets for Tier 1 & Tier 2 accounts
Demonstrable success in managing sophisticated, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities, such as Scale deals and those leveraging Empower qualifications
Demonstrated leadership in commercial structural innovations, including experimentation with new revenue streams (x-sell) and partner referrals
Full-cycle sales experience, especially with closing high-complexity deals

Advanced proficiency in MEDDICC and 3 Why's frameworks
Expertise in predictive pipeline management and strategic forecasting
Proven ability to design and implement complex lead qualification strategies
