👩💻 The Role
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires you to be based within +2 / -2 UTC.
We're looking for a proactive Marketing Operations Manager to join our Marketing Operations team that sits within our global Revenue Operations function. This individual contributor role is crucial in spearheading our marketing and sales efforts through efficient campaign management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, using their analytical skills to drive performance and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and optimize CRM lists and campaigns in HubSpot and Salesforce for maximum impact.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards for performance tracking and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align initiatives and share best practices.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations, including GDPR.
- Implement and maintain marketing automation workflows to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Support lead scoring and nurturing processes to improve conversion rates.
- Identify and analyze trends in campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
Core Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Marketing or Sales Operations, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, and marketing automation tools to drive campaign effectiveness.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills, enabling informed decision-making.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities, ensuring high-quality output.
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
- Experience with email marketing and campaign optimization strategies for enhanced engagement.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations to maintain compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Continuous learner, adaptable to new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead in the field.
- [BONUS] Familiarity with SQL for data manipulation and reporting to enhance analytical capabilities.
- [BONUS] Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques to improve campaign effectiveness.
