Overview We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to lead activation‑driven paid social work for Swarovski, one of the strongest and most established accounts within Zenith. This role offers real ownership across a large, global operation spanning multiple markets, with the freedom to shape strategy, investment decisions and recommendations. You’ll sit close to the client, platforms and performance outcomes, supported by a stable, experienced team and a strong account infrastructure. Responsibilities Owning day‑to‑day paid social activation across multiple platforms, with a strong focus on lower‑funnel performance Managing campaigns across international markets, balancing scale with market‑specific nuance Acting as a confident, trusted client partner through regular meetings and performance discussions Leading platform relationships and collaborating closely with platform representatives Making informed recommendations on budget allocation across platforms and markets Shaping creative recommendations in partnership with creative and performance teams Overseeing activation quality, including setup, QA, reporting Qualifications Experience running activation‑heavy paid social campaigns Comfort working in lower‑funnel, performance‑led environments with clear commercial goals Confidence taking ownership and accountability for decisions and outcomes Experience supporting or managing people, with an interest in developing others Additional information Zenith International has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
