Overview How You’ll Make an Impact At Epsilon, we do more than collect and store data. We help some of the world’s biggest brands discover real opportunities inside the data types, delimiters and decimals. We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to help drive the development and execution of CRM strategy across assigned client engagements, partnering with cross-functional teams (CRM, Analytics, Creative, and Technology) to deliver customer-led lifecycle programs that improve engagement, conversion, and retention. This role blends critical thinking with hands-on leadership of planning, testing, measurement, and optimization—ensuring CRM programs are actionable, scalable, and aligned to client business outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex, multi-agency environments, translating customer and performance insights into clear CRM plans, and collaborating with channel owners to bring lifecycle journeys to life across email, SMS, push, in-app, and on-site touchpoints. What you’ll do: CRM & Lifecycle Strategy Leadership Lead the development of CRM and lifecycle strategies across key customer moments (e.g., onboarding, engagement, conversion, loyalty, reactivation), ensuring strategies are customer led, insight driven, and aligned to client business objectives. Translate business goals and audience insight into clear CRM roadmaps, journey frameworks, channel roles, and campaign priorities. Define strategic approaches to segmentation, targeting, personalization, and frequency—grounded in available data and the client’s operational reality. Strategy to Execution Partnership Partner closely with CRM execution, operations, analytics, and technology teams to ensure strategic intent is clearly understood and delivered as designed. Act as the strategic steward throughout execution—pressure testing feasibility, resolving ambiguity, and making informed tradeoffs when constraints arise. Ensure campaign briefs, journey designs, and testing plans are execution ready without becoming the hands on executor. Measurement, Testing & Optimization Framework Define success metrics, benchmark frameworks, and test and learn agendas that connect CRM activity to meaningful business outcomes (e.g., engagement quality, retention, frequency, incremental value) Partner with analytics teams to interpret performance and translate results into strategic insights, recommendations, and iteration plans Establish learning roadmaps that evolve CRM strategy over time, not just campaign by campaign optimization Client & Partner Leadership Serve as a day to day strategic point of contact for CRM and lifecycle thinking, clearly articulating strategy, rationale, and implications to client and internal stakeholders Develop clear, compelling strategic narratives that explain what’s working, what’s not, and what comes next Navigate multi agency models by aligning roles, responsibilities, and ways of working across partners Capability & Best Practice Development Contribute to the evolution of Epsilon’s CRM strategy best practices, frameworks, and templates Stay current on trends impacting CRM strategy and translate them into practical, client appropriate guidance. About you: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to own problems end-to-end and deliver results. Consultative mindset — comfortable being “first in,” building relationships, communicating broadly, and tackling challenges head-on. Collaborative team player with an eagerness to learn from peers and mentors while contributing to a culture of growth. Motivated to grow your career within a dynamic, innovative company. Who You Are What you’ll bring with you: 5 to 8+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, loyalty marketing, retention marketing, or digital marketing strategy (agency, consulting, or in house). Strong working knowledge of CRM channels and lifecycle mechanics (email, SMS, push, in app, personalization), including their role in loyalty and member engagement. Demonstrated experience developing segmentation, journey strategies, test plans, and optimization roadmaps grounded in performance, customer insight, and loyalty behavior. Comfort translating data and analysis into clear strategy and stakeholder ready narratives. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams, collaborate cross functionally, and drive outcomes in fast paced environments. Strong client facing communication skills (written + verbal), including presentation and workshop facilitation. Why you might stand out from other talent: Advanced certifications with any of the aforementioned subject matter is preferred. Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related subject matter is a plus.
