What You'll Do: Lead Strategic Vision: Be the key digital lead across a major client, driving end-to-end digital strategy across brand and performance channels. You’ll connect the dots between awareness, consideration, and conversion to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Drive Performance & Innovation: Work at the intersection of media, data, and e-commerce – identifying opportunities to optimise performance, test new platforms, and push the boundaries of what great digital looks like. Execute with Excellence: Oversee the delivery of integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including programmatic, social, video, and search, ensuring best-in-class execution and measurable impact. Influence & Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to senior clients, confidently presenting strategies, insights, and recommendations while collaborating closely with internal specialists and leadership teams. What We're Looking For: Experienced Digital Leader: Proven experience in digital media planning across multiple channels, with a strong understanding of how to balance brand and performance outcomes. E-commerce & Performance Mindset: Experience working on retail or e-commerce-led clients, with a clear understanding of conversion, optimisation, and full-funnel strategy. Technically Strong: Hands-on knowledge of key platforms (e.g. DV360, The Trade Desk, Meta, Google stack), with the ability to translate platform capability into strategic recommendations. Confident Communicator: Strong presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both clients and internal stakeholders. Global Mindset (Nice to Have): Experience working on complex or global brands, navigating multiple stakeholders and fast-paced environments. Why Join Us?
