Overview The Programmatic Manager plays a key role within Publicis Alchemy, leading end-to-end programmatic planning and account management for a major global pharmaceutical client. Acting as the London sub-lead for Programmatic, you’ll build strong relationships across Digital Hub teams and wider activation channels, while overseeing offshore teams in LATAM. You’ll plan and deliver performance and brand campaigns across Display, Video, Connected TV and DOOH, taking full ownership of operations and driving best-in-class execution. Responsibilities Own and manage the day-to-day relationship with key local agency stakeholders including the direct client and the central client services. Manage expectations for all aspects of the campaign lifecycle with the client and client services team, from planning through to reporting. Build and own a test and learn roadmap for the client. Lead weekly internal and external programmatic/campaign status meetings, covering performance, pacing, key priorities and any other areas. Coordinate campaign requirements such as assets and tags to ensure timely campaign setup by the activation team. Own and oversee the timely delivery of campaign reporting cycle including weekly reports and PCAs, working closely with the activation team to ensure data integrity, well-written campaign insights and optimisation commentary. Qualifications Highly Self-driven, results-oriented, solutions-focused with a positive outlook. Proficient in major DSPS (i.e. Google’s DV360, Amazon AAP, Tradedesk) and extensive knowledge of the RTB and wider programmatic landscape.
