Overview UBS Group AG is the world’s leading global wealth manager, delivering financial services across three core pillars: Global Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Investment Banking. As a flagship global client, UBS operates across multiple regions with a strong focus on precision, governance, and operational excellence. The Zenith team supports UBS in delivering high-quality, scalable media and digital operations across key global markets. The account operates through a multi-hub model, with key hubs based in London (main hub), Zurich, Hong Kong, Japan, and New York, requiring strong coordination, alignment, and consistency across regions. Responsibilities The Global Operations Manager is a pivotal role within the UBS account, responsible for ensuring the seamless end-to-end delivery of campaigns and operational processes across global markets. You will work closely with stakeholders across Wealth Management, Asset Management, and Investment Banking to drive operational excellence, standardisation, and continuous improvement. Acting as the central hub between planning, activation, client, and partner teams, you will coordinate workflows across multiple international hubs (London, Zurich, Hong Kong, Japan, and New York), ensuring alignment, efficiency, and timely delivery. The following are central aspects to the role: Campaign & Operational Delivery Global Hub Coordination Process & Operational Excellence Stakeholder Management Project & Change Management Performance & Reporting Qualifications Strong experience in operations or campaign management within a global media or agency environment Proven ability to manage complex, multi-market projects and stakeholders Excellent organisational and project management skills High attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy and process Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams Experience working within hub-and-spoke or multi-market models Ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency Understanding of digital media channels (programmatic, social, search) Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable mindset #LI-MP1 Additional information Zenith International has fantastic benefits on offer to all of our employees, full details of which are shared when you join.
