Overview The VP, Client Automation & Enablement (US) will help advance next-generation content operations, automation platforms, and AI-enabled workflows across the US market. This role supports the translation of business needs into operational requirements, coordinates technical and creative SMEs, contributes to solution approaches, and helps guide pilot programs and scaled adoption. The position works closely with client leadership, operations, global solutions, growth teams, and will collaborate with Ex-US counterparts to ensure market alignment and consistent growth across regions. This is an enablement and execution role that supports the global direction set by the Global Head of Digital. Responsibilities Solution Development & Facilitation Work with client teams and internal partners to assess needs and shape automation- and AI-supported solutions. Translate business objectives into structured operational and technical problem statements. Coordinate automation platform specialists, design-system leads, AI partners, and production SMEs as needed. Ensure solutions follow global frameworks and can scale across hubs. Automation, AI & Multi-Channel Enablement Support integration of automation platforms (Adobe automation tools, templating systems, content assembly engines, metadata workflows) with AI-assisted content creation. Contribute to workflow development across video, digital, print, social, and language/localization. Help define how automation and AI combine to deliver scalable, consistent content output. Client Workshops, Assessments & Pilots Lead assessments, workshops, and opportunity mapping sessions using global playbooks. Shape pilot structures, success measures, and rollout plans. Convert pilot outcomes into repeatable models for broader US adoption. Operational Partnership & Internal Alignment Partner with operations leads across hubs to define workflow needs, resource plans, and delivery models. Identify feasibility considerations, dependencies, and risks early in the process. Work closely with Ex-US Client Automation & Enablement leads to maintain alignment on standards, approaches, and scaling opportunities. Commercial Support Contribute to commercial proposals, pricing structures, SOWs, and value models for automation and AI programs. Support client leads in positioning automation solutions and building cases. Ensure commercial recommendations align with global guidelines. Organizational Change & Adoption Support Support rollout and adoption of new workflows, tools, and processes across client and internal teams. Help drive alignment between US teams, global client leads, operations groups, and technology partners. Performance Tracking & Scaling Track pilot results, workflow improvements, and automation/AI adoption. See opportunities for scalable rollout across categories and brands. Provide clear, concise updates to leadership. Qualifications 10+ years in creative production, content automation, digital operations, marketing technology, or related fields. Experience supporting multi-channel content (video, digital, social, print, language/localization). Familiarity with automation platforms (Adobe automation, templating engines, content assembly systems) and AI-enabled workflows. Ability to convert business needs into operational and technical requirements. Experience contributing to solution proposals, commercial models, or workflow modernization efforts. Strong communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
