Overview Publicis Groupe is seeking a Director of Social Commerce & TikTok Shop Programs to lead the strategy, build, and activation of TikTok Shop solutions for global clients. This role will oversee programs end-to-end (brief to launch and beyond), ensuring scalable, revenue-driving social commerce execution. You’ll act as the senior client and internal lead, working across media, creative, e-commerce, and analytics teams to deliver integrated TikTok Shop campaigns. This is a key opportunity to help build a Groupe-wide Centre of Excellence and shape the future of social commerce within Publicis’ Power of One model. Responsibilities Lead TikTok Shop strategy and activation from brief through launch Oversee shop operations (catalogues, PDPs, fulfillment, compliance) Drive paid media, influencer, and content amplification strategies Define and track performance metrics (KPIs, ROAS, GMV) Act as a trusted client advisor and senior stakeholder lead Support new business, thought leadership, and capability building Qualifications Strong experience in paid media, e-commerce, or social commerce Proven experience launching and scaling TikTok Shop (or similar platforms) Deep knowledge of paid social, influencer marketing, and retail operations Experience driving revenue growth and performance marketing outcomes Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams Leadership experience managing and developing teams Additional information Publicis Media offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
